2015 Jayco Octane T32C Radio issue

The radio was working fine, then when we arrived back at home, the speakers do not work at all, inside or outside. Radio and tv power on but no sound. Checked the fuse it is fine. Any ideas

Does it have the Amp and Sub? Is your Amp turning on? I ended up reworking my hook-up because they broke one of the audio wires to the amp and used the video cable instead. Mine also had a 6 ch in to 2 ch out converter hiding behind the radio that seemed to do absolutely nothing. Could be a wire has come off back there or something. These are definitely not hooked up by experienced audio people, I know a little and realized it could be simpler and better.
