2019 Jayco Jay Flight SLX 174BH

I'm new, first post, used the search function didn't find anything specifically on my trailer for the following things.

-Backup Camera Pre-wired?
Is there any pre-wiring or do i just tap into the running light near the top in the center?

-Vent with fans
Can I just buy a vent with a fan and fish the wire from the nearby LED ceiling light for power? I have a bathroom vent and a vent in the main space both without fans

I have a lot more questions and things I'd like to do with my new(to me) trailer but these 2 are electrical related and not my strong suit.

Side questions:
-The privacy curtain for the bed in front... is there a replacement part number? The previous owner removed the C clips and curtain but the track is still there

-Is it a walk on roof?(there is no ladder but can it support a 200lbs person?)

-12v plug labeled "for tv only" where do I find a TV with that plug and not 110/120

I can’t speak to all your questions, however, I have the same trailer. I installed a Hengs Vertex fan in the bathroom, got power from the light nearby as you suggest. Very easy, and well worth it. And yes, you can walk on the roof.

You can hookup a standard TV if there is a 120 volt receptacle nearby. Long as you have pedistal power or inverter Generator it will work.
Search Google or Amazon for 12 volt DC TV. There are some out there

Yes. I had a 110/120v and when I turn off generator the outlets are no longer powered. I was hoping for a 12v tv to lower the watt usage so I can operate the tv for a few more minutes after shutting off the gene or if it runs out of gas the kids don’t get fussy

Thanks!

Walk of roof was something I was real curious about.

As far as the fan goes, is it a top end replacement too so I’ll be scrapping of the old water sealer and removing the entire unit or is it just the parts from the interior?

Never tried sealing items and there’s a little anxiety there as I’d hate to have a leak

The Hengs Vortex fans install from the bottom and fit most standard 14" vents. The only thing that gets removed is the existing crank handle and the interior trim piece. Here are a couple pics of what it looks like during and after install - this is from our previous 195RB Baja:

That looks like the one I bought back in 2017 - has the same part number - 90046-CR. The 90043 P/N is the single speed model. I installed the 90046 in the vent above the kitchen/dinette area and the 90043 in the bathroom. In both cases I fished the 12v from the nearest light. Be aware that in some cases there may be a wall switch in play for some of the ceiling lights which means you may not have 12v where you tap in unless the wall switch is on.

Great point on the wall switch. The 3 lights in the entry are linked to a switch but they can also independently be control so being that the fan is surrounded by those 3 lights it appears I’ll have to deal with a small irritation of having that switch on and Independently Turing the lights on and off on occasions.

I don't have my 174 any more, but IIRC you should be able to fish into one of the upper cabinets, and pick up power either off the light above the dinette, or light above the sink.
