2020 Seneca slide not extending- kitchen and bedroom

Hi

We have a 37L senica with 2 slides that won’t extend

Unit was sent to Indian a force a significant number of warranty issues. When we arrived in March to pick it up, slides were all working. However, the house door had an issue so we left it at the factory.

We just had it delivered. House batteries were dead. Unit is on shore power and two of the 3 slides won’t extend.

- fuses good
- battery connections tight (they have been charged)
- Mira panel shows no errors
- wiring under bed was checked. Nothing chewed or loose
- relay tested

Still can’t find the issue. We hear a “click” under the bed when we press “extend” on bedroom slide but no clicks or movement when pressing the other 2 extend or the kitchen retract.

Any thoughts on what the issue could be?

Update: checked the power going into the dual motor synchronous velocity slide controller. We do have power but the ground is not. We temporarily grounded it and light came on. It faults to “hall power short to ground’ We don’t know what that means or where the breaking ground is. Anyone have a wire diagram?
