2021 Jayflight 28BHBE FRESH RES PROBLEM

Hello,
I recently bought a used 2021 Jayco Jayflight 28BHBE, and when I’m hooked to city water, the fresh tank accumulates water. I have searched for any valve that might be open--none found. I took the pump apart and cleaned, inspected the check valve--seemed ok. Nonetheless, I still cannot find a city/fresh valve and cant stop this filling of my fresh tank.

Also, I have three low-point drains but do not see a fresh tank drain valve. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Sounds like the check valve in the water pump is stuck. Exercise the pump on / off several times. That might clear the problem. If not the pump can be disassembled but often it's easier to just replace it. My 16 28BHBE had the low point drains under the bathroom sink and my fresh tank drain was right next to the bathroom door steps.

You can disconnect the inlet fitting on the pump and see if water comes out when hooked to city water. Some have installed a shark bite back flow valve there to fix this. If you have easy access to the pump, you could just put a shut off valve there also.
