7 wire trailer hookup - yellow wire?

I just replaced the wire that connects the TT to the TV and discovered that the yellow wire is not connected to anything. A diagram for the 7 wire connection shows that the yellow wire is for accessories... like what accessories?

It might be the wire that charges the TT.

I put backup lights on our trailers. Yellow is the backup lights. It is the centre pin on the 7pin connector
