A/C Fan stops them starts

We have a 2019 Jayflight 28 RLS. We took it out this weekend and the a/c fan would kick off for a second or two then kick back on. The compressor continued to run each time the unit did this. It seem to do this after the thermostat was adjusted up or down or if the door was opened letting hot air in. The fan was on auto setting. Is this how the unit changes the fan setting from high to low or vice versa? Anybody else experience this?

As the temperature drops or rises the fan stops to momentarily change speed. As the temp drops (for example) the fan switches to a lower speed. Your good.
