A/C Swapout

I have a Swift 184BH, love the trailer, hate the A/C. No control over cooling, it's either cold or off, ok, maybe not that bad, but damn close. Anyway, Home Depot has a window unit that looks real close in dimensions as what's installed in my Swift. I want to swapout the unit with the one from the Depot because it has temperature controls. Set it at 72, and the thermostat, keeps it at 72. Just like home. So, Jayco Corp. is no help, they wont offer any kind of answer or solution regarding swapability, dimensions etc - Thanks Jayco for nothing!

Is anyone familiar with these A/C units? they look just like the "window" unit I want to replace it with. From what I can see, without taking it all apart, is that there is not much in the way of fastening the unit in. There is a strip across the top like a window unit has, but the back looks like it's resting on the exterior wall framing. (probably some kind of strap screwed in to hold the back from bouncing around.) To me it looks like an easy swap, unplug from the receptical, unscrew the screws that hold it in/down and reinstall the new one the same way.

I don't want to bugger it up, so any help would be appreciated.
