AC questions

I have a 2016 Jayco SLX 264BHW. The AC unit is solid white and on top of the camper. I can’t find a manufacturer or name on the unit itself. On the inside of the camper the controls are in the ceiling. There is one knob that controls the temperature and the other knob has settings of high cool, low cool, high fan and then two separate low fan settings. The unit cools the camper extremely well. My question is does this particular unit have some kind of automatic thermostat to where it turns the compressor off automatically when the temperature is reached? The fan runs all the time but when I have it on high cool or low cool I can’t tell if or when the compressor kicks on or off by itself. I feel like if it’s on high or low cool that the compressor runs all the time based on how cold it is staying inside the camper. Also not sure what the two low fan settings are for and what functions they each may have? Any insight would be great! Thanks!

On my units I was able to see a model number on a label inside under the plastic cover the is secured to the ceiling. I don't remember if I could see the label when I removed the foam filters or not. Try looking up there when you remove the filters for cleaning.
