Cool Air conditioner

I have a 2012 Jayco Eagle I've used about 5 times max in the last year and a half. I just parked it in a campground and got it stationery over memorial weekend. I went to use the air conditioner for the 3rd time ever and its just blowing slightly cool air. I was not get cold, I had to use a regular fan to help cool the camper down. I had the settings on the thermostat set to ,
High Cool , and High Fan. I am not even sure what brand the AC is? And i am any where near a Jayco dealer to get repairs very easy. It has done this each time I've used it since we bought it last year its practically brand new!!!!
Anyone have any idea what the problem could be???

It sounds like it may have been undercharged at the factory. It's not common, but it does happen. It needs to be checked out by a competent service center.

Being a Coleman Mach unit a dealer in those brand AC units would most likely qualify for warranty work if you are still covered by them and not only Jayco. I've done it in the past with Dometic units that were not a brand dealer for my previous trailer. You could call Coleman and ask for a service center closest to you. Check the manual for contact info. Also Jayco might help assist you through a closer dealer non Jayco if that fails.
