AirExcell Heat Pump not putting out heat

The heat pump on my unit worked fine for about 8 days, then stopped heating up. Temps in the 29-42 range. Floor furnace works fine. ??

Mine quits heating at about 40. Was it warmer outside earlier in your stay?

Yes, was in Louisiana, then on to Alabama, was much cooler when I arrived in Tuscaloosa, about 29 degrees.

X2. It seems to be working as designed.

Add the optional "Heat strip" it comes on when HP stops. Simple plug and play, if you have the Mach 8 it has to be done from the roof.
