Hey Tom,
Spoke to my dealer and he was aware of these things happening, and said they had "revived" some and had to replace some. Asked me to keep an eye on it, and if needed, they will send me a new one.

the take-a-away from all theses reports...don't let the tablet die...the battery may be permanently damaged.

Suggestions...Leave the trailer plugged in, on solar, turn the tablet off or removed tablet and charge in home over winter.

Lol, it stays plugged in 24/7, but I have wondered in the last couple of days if the battery has been damaged somehow. I will keep an eye on it. As of this morning, it is working fine. Under warranty until May, so I will watch it like a hawk.

I thought you said the dealer let the trailer batteries die...which would let the tablet die...only takes one time!

some info "Over-discharging—continuing to use a LiPO battery even when it is almost completely drained or below its minimum voltage level—can cause permanent damage to the battery.

The damage caused by this can be INTERNAL battery damage and will not always be visible. However, internal damage can eventually lead to a FIRE when attempting to re-charge it at later times."

Sorry, I didn't make myself clear. It stays plugged in 24/7 at home. Obviously, the maintenance guys did not at the dealer, and I wouldn't have known this if I hadn't accidentally logged in to the App one day while it was there 300+ miles away. I was testing a new home network and connecting to our outdoor cameras and such. I did not expect the camper to be powered. I was able to follow it for 2 days before they, either shut it down, or the batteries went below a certain point. Last reading was 9.85V, not good! One of the repair items was the power reel, so it makes sense lol.

Point taken, and hopefully that hasn't happened. What was more interesting was the fact the tablet worked fine when we picked it up Monday a week ago and worked fine at home until sometime Friday evening/Saturday morning. And fully connected to 50A the entire time. I have had an education on the tablet, specially from tomC, who educated me on this loop where it tries to recharge/ start software, and not powerful enough to do both, so it reverts to the BMPRO screen, and the cycle continues.
