Any ideas? 2018 Eagle MBQS

Good afternoon all!!
I have a 2018 Eagle 355MBQS. Love it, but I need some tech advice.

I had a rodent short my power converter. That is being replaced, but in the meantime...I don't have any 12V functionality...slides/awnings/levelers, even with full battery charge. I had a mobile tech out and he diagnosed the converter issue, but was unable to locate where the 12V breaker is, as he was thinking that is the cause of the 12V problem. Anyone been through a similar issue that can offer advice? Rig is still under warranty so Jayco CS won't release electrical schematics to determine 12V breaker location. Thank you!!

So hopefully someone will chime in they might have had a similar problem.

Thank you!
CS told me that they wouldn't because it void my warranty. I told them that I didn't care because I was having the repairs done outside of warranty. They weren't helpful. W/O 12v, I can't retract my slides so I can't take it to the dealer for warranty work anyway!!
If there a chance that the power converter itself will correct the 12v problem? Doesn't seem likely.

Chances are good that there is nothing wrong with the converter. The Converter is powered by a 120 volt circuit breaker that may be tripped. The 12 volt circuit breaker you are looking for will be within 6' of the battery. There are also 2 "Reverse Polarity" fuses on the converter for the battery.

Jayco is blowing smoke up your wazoo.
