Yes thank yall again, i cycled it couple times dosent seem to be in a bind anymore, this was the first time it was used so i dont know maybe when they installed it they had it in a bind? Maybe be jacking with it got it freed up not sure if actually turning the screw is what did it

In the picture looks like you have it set to the highest setting. Did I miss something?

The top one barely moves thats the on\off cant see in the pic but theres another lever on the bottom that goes from one side to the other

Sorry Grumpy, What I should have said was if you adjust the anticipator and your adjustment cause the anticpator to burn out the anticpator wire, the anticipator is not covered under warranty.

No problem, but that is how you fine tune a thermostat and can, as indicated, be set too low.
