Awning LED control?

We are unable to get past the pin on the remote. It is not the factory code of 0000. Do any of you know how to reset it? 2016 Jayflight 24RBS. Would love to be able to turn off the awning lights!

Does anyone know how to turn awning LED on & off? Remote ‘light’ function not working.

I have an awning light switch near the awning extend/retract rocker for awning light off/on.
