Awning LED on for 1 second

New to us Hummingbird 17RB. When I turn power switch on LED awning strip comes on for one second then off. Any help sill be appreciated. I read somewhere about a controller wired in for them???Location??thx in advance!

Welcome to the site from SW Michigan!

My first thought was that power supply/controller might be at fault. Sorry I don't know where to look. Maybe someone here has same model that can lend a hand.

Have you tried turning the switch on first then using the remote to turn on the awning lights?
