Awning speaker loose?

Hello everyone new member here and proud owner of a new 2018 Jayco Jay flight 174bh baja edition.

Anyways I've owned the travel trailer for about 2 months now and have taken it out on 5-6 trips so far. On our last trip, I noticed the left speaker (when standing in front of the awning) sticks out farther than the right speaker. It also has some "play" in it. I'm wondering if this is normal? or is the speaker starting to detach from the rod that holds it? The right speaker has no play at all and is secure. The left one i can wiggle, push in, or pull out of the rod that holds it.

Any Ideas? any owners of the same travel trailer that can verify by looking at yours? it only moves left or right on the rod when the awning is extended. thanks for any help.

That means get the right tool and tighten the screws what holds it in place.

There are no screws to tighten, it is a closed unit. I'm wondering if it's suppose to be that way and have some play? so that the speakers don't bind up or something when opening and closing the awning.

It may attach to the mount with a twisting motion, and "lock" into place.

Awning Speaker Loose?

Do you know what model your awning is? We just purchased a 2019 Jayco 195RB Baja and received no paperwork on the awning. I asked the dealer and they said not to worry about it since it has a 2 year warranty through Jayco. I still need to know where the fuse is and how to roll it up in case the motor doesn't work and I am away from home. All I know is it is a Carefree, but I am unable to find the same one with the speakers on the Carefree website.

The left speaker is loose on mine also.
