Backup camera options

I just purchased a 324BDS that is “prewired” for a furrion wireless backup camera. Since it’s prewired for a wireless camera I assume that just means there’s a power source and possibly a mount for that particular camera. If that’s the case, are there better options if I don’t mind changing the mount? I don’t see the value in the furrion system and would like to explore my options.

Does anyone have anything that will allow me to display on the stereo screen in my tow rig without running av cable all the way to the camera?

I installed a Tadi brothers camera.
They include a replacement mount that fits in the Furrion housing.
The camera has a dedicated dash monitor.

Don't know if any other brands can use the vehicles stereo screen.

Haloview cameras seem to get good reviews too. They even make adapter plates and cables for Furion: https://www.amazon.com/Haloview-Brac.../dp/B07LGLJWG2

Thanks. I’ll look into both of these. I thought I would get a compact video transmitter and use that to feed my in dash monitor, but it seems the common problem in the reviews is the signal being too weak for a TT plus the length of the truck.
