If you want the trailer back, perhaps offer to pay for the difference in cost of the springs? Jayco pays for the cost of the original springs and you pay the difference of the springs you want? Not sure what the cost difference is, $100 or $1000.. You could also just start calling every Jayco number and post on all social media the issue and see if harassing them will get you anywhere.

I'd probably just pay the difference in cost so I could have the trailer back by spring.

As others have said, I would replace the springs with heavier ones on my own and avoid the entire frustrating experience of dealing with the dealer / warranty issue. If you are not mechanically inclined enough to change the springs yourself there are many independent trailer or even suspension specialists out there who can.

I would consider upgrading the solid metal equalizers and adding wet bolts and metal bushings at the same time. Well worth the investment while doing springs.

Your las line "Especially with my family in the truck" speaks volumes.

Buy springs yourself (should be about $100 for a pair) and install them yourself. One floorjack and some wood cribbing, plus some hand tools, is all you need to install yourself. Its not hard, easily done in just a few hours.

I second this as well. When I replaced my broken spring I saw my shackles were getting oval. I bought the upgraded shackle and wet bolt kit for less than $100 and replaced the shackles and bolts myself as well. No more popping and creaking as we drive slowly through a campground, its very quiet and well mannered.

Money WELL spent.

6 months at the dealer for something as routine as spring replacement is ridiculous.
6 days, maybe.
When we finally went out of warranty it was almost a relief- we will never have to go back to the dealership again unless we want to.
In our case, the springs were flattened on one side, like yours. It might be heavier on one side than the other, I don't know. I heard that the frame and axle warranties are longer than 2 years, so what the heck, I called Dexter. Then I filled out the online claim form and attached some pictures with captions. It didn't take long (a few weeks maybe?) and they sent me four new springs as a "good will gesture". They upgraded the springs from 4 leaf to 5 leaf. They would not pay for installation.
In the meantime, I bought the morryde thick shackle kit and Sumo Springs. I finally got finished installing them last week. (It doesn't really take that long, but I'm retired and was in no rush.) I haven't taken it out to test yet, but it is definitely sitting higher.
You have to find some way to keep the dealer from holding your trailer hostage while it's in warranty. They are stealing your camping time as your trailer depreciates.
Call and write everyone you can, Jayco, Lippert, Dexter, etc.until somebody listens.

I just did the same thing- (see my diatribe above, lol). My new springs came with metal bushings already installed, because that's what we had originally.
But when taking the old ones apart, the metal bushings at the outer ends of the springs had all disintegrated. They were all well greased all the time.
I'll keep a close eye on these, but am thinking about going to the Lippert never fail plastic bushings. I think they might work better in the long run, because they will flex instead of crack.
