Question Bike Rack on the Front of the TV?

I'm wondering how many of you use (or have used) a bike rack mounted to the front of your TV? The bride and I have folding bikes that can find a home in the basement but when we go places with our grandson (oh yeah, his parents too) we have a problem lugging the 5 bikes. I've found a bolt-on front receiver and many bike racks that could fit the bill but I'd like some feedback from those of you that have experience using the front rack. In particular what problems have you run into?

After hauling around our 2 bikes on a ladder mount and getting a bow in the ladder we switched.

Had a 2" receiver welded to the front frame and purchased a new 2 bike carrier that inserts into the receiver and now we are more comfortable. There is very little wobble on the front as compared to what you get in the rear.

No more issues and much easier to mount the bikes at eye level as opposed to lifting them up to the ladder mount.

I am also interested about this. Looking to buy new TV next year and thinking this would be great for bikes and hooking the trailer to front to get into tight places.

We have traveled cross country with one in the front with four bikes on it. We had no problems. I would make sure that it is one you can tighten up in the hitch so that it doesn't move much.

I bought a front hitch receiver and bolted on. Carry two bikes in front and two bikes on trailer at back with hitch mounted carriers. Works fine.
