BMPRO constantly re-boots

Hey y'all. I'd like to hear from those of you that have the Bowel Movement Pro, sorry... the BMPro installed on their rig. We've enjoyed this unnecessarily-over-complicated switch board for a few months now. However, now it is unusable because it just constantly is re-booting. Just shows the BMPro logo, turns off, logo pops back up, turns off... We can still control everything from our phones, so we know the "node" is still good. But the stupid Android pad on the wall that is supposed to act as the hub for our entire rig is now useless. Thoughts?
This is in a 2020 Pinnacle FYI.

Did you try a reset or hard reboot. Pull it off the wall and unhook the wires for a couple minutes. Plug it back in and see what happens. It just snaps off the wall and you will see the plug on the back.
