We just picked up our Jayco Eagle and we are having issues with the BMPro. It worked fine until my husband paired his iPhone. Now we can’t get back to the Home Screen. Here are photos of what I see.
The first photo is what it opens up to. I think it is basically a google screen. The second screen is what I get when I hit the scroll on the right side. The 3rd is settings. It says no Bluetooth but goggle shows we are on Bluetooth.
Any help is greatly appreciated. I’m by no means a techie but I can usually figure things out.
Just in case anyone else has this issue…We finally got it figured out….had to remove the pad from the wall and disconnect the plug. Left it off for around 5 minutes. Then we plugged it back in. It pulled up the screen eventually but it was rotated. I read in the manual to return settings to default. We didn’t think we changed any defaults but who knows. We reset the display settings that didn’t say default. Then it froze on the BMPro screen. So we unplugged it again and let it reset. When it rebooted everything was back to normal. We like the old fashioned buttons better but will admit that the ability to control from your phone outside is awesome.

Happy travels!
Good luck. We love ours as well, but it has been challenging. Presently awaiting a new tablet under warranty. It has finally refused to come back up. Make sure you keep it powered . Once the battery goes nuts, it is over. There are many threads here about the BMPRO
