BMPRO/Winegard Connectivity Issue

So I noticed the other day that my BMPRO tablet was no longer connected to my Winegard. It is still connected to my Wi-Fi network, which I thought was a little contradictory. Is there a reason why I should be concerned that the Winegard is not attached? I have tried using the original Winegard SSID and default password, but to no avail. I also tried to use my current network name and password, but again was unsuccessful. I even tried using admin as both the username and password, once again, no dice. I have also scanned for Winegard networks. Nothing. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Lol, ours has never gotten beyond the "fetching" on the screen, and I have given up on BMPRO to help. We have a thread here somewhere, fairly extensive one, where a few of us tried tackling this between ourselves and BMPRO. Their answer was always, contact your dealer for a replacement! Having said all that, you are connected, as you indicated. I use the Winegard connect APP on the Cellphone at new locations to find and connect to the local Wi-Fi or 4G if not available. It is the same as typing the 10.11.12.1 on an open browser, just quicker. Ours had quit totally and the shop said the power connection had come undone. So far it is doing fine. At new locations, I do the connecting through the Winegard Connect App, and verify on the network connections on the tablet, which is off the Jaycommand App. I know, this doesn't answer your question, but will follow this thread to see if there is some new info on this issue. Ideally, you would be able to switch from Wi-Fi to 4G and back from the tablet. I have done all you mentioned as far as trying to connect.

Haha, thanks for the response, jet lag. I actually read through the thread you’re referencing, and did everything you guys talked about, haha. I’m just gonna chalk it up and count the blessings, lol. However, if anyone has any other advice, I’d welcome it, too.
