Brake Controller

We have a 2020 Ford Explorer XLT with a tow package that pulls a 3500 LB. hybird. My brake controller is not working. It has been giving me trouble for over a year now. Time to replace it.
I like curt mfg. I don’t want to over purchase one I don’t need. What do I need to keep it simple? Is Curt mfg. a good company?

I had a Curt. It was ok. When it died I purchased a Tekonsha P3. Absolutely love it.

I have a Tekonsha Primus IQ that works great. If I ever have to replace will probably upgrade to the P3 for the extra features. Either way, you should be able to get either one with a direct plug & play harness to make installation simple & easy.
