brake drums all the same?

I have a 154bh, and the brakes have a vibration. I was looking at the Princess auto flyer (kind of like Harbour freight but in Canada) and they are selling electric brake kits (10 inch hubs/ 3500lbs) for about 50$ a side. would that fit on my axle, are the mounting holes all the same for 10inch hubs? or if I just need to change the pads, are those pretty much all standard?

thanks

Manufactures might be slightly different from one to another. Take the part with you and match them if they are the same. Princess Auto or Automotive store.
Hole patterns are standard but there are many.
Just check the brake pads and adjustment they might be a bit tight.
