My '05' Eagle TT doesn't have the "city-fill" feature either, must be something new. Would be interesting to know which models have them in the event the question comes up again.

I`ve seen the valve mentioned by 5er owners, but not TT owners, hence the 5er`s may be equipped with them, possibly because more folks full time in them? Just a guess.
