Crackling noise

When watching a DVD in the trailor we notice a crackling sound from the speakers when the base cuts in. Everything is still new in our 23J so wondering if this is something we can fix ourselves or have it checked under warrenty.

Take it back if it's under warranty. I had one bad speaker in my X213 and they replaced it right away at no charge.
