Crank out frameless windows

Picked up our 2015 Jayco 375BHFS Eagle 5er a couple weeks ago. My wife was following me with her car and noticed one of the windows was "flapping" like it was open in the bunkhouse.
At the campground I looked at it, and the rollers were not engaged in the track. We never used the window so it must have come from the factory like that.
Well, I can't get the window rollers back into the track. Any suggestions short of taking it back to the dealer? The screws holding the crank have a strange head on them sort of like a figure 8?

There should be some set screws on the top of the hinge. Remove those screws and you slide the window sideways in the hinge. Slide the window so that you can insert the roller into the end of the track.
