Deep Cycle Battery Choices

I intend on buying a new battery for my 195RB. It will be a Trojan and it will be a group 24. We boondock on weekends 100% with a generator, and have a solar panel to keep it maintained during the week.

I see 2 possibilities in the catalog, a 24TMX and a SCS150. The latter one has a little more power, based on the specs.

Anyone used either one or have any comments? I'm just trying to make a decision which one to buy. I selected Trojan based on favorable comments here, plus I lave a local dealer.

Either battery should work. If you have access to a battery distributor where you live, you might contact them and see if they have any "blemished" batteries. Kind of like scratch & dent. You can save some $$$!
