Dish satelite questions

We have Dish satelite service- We have "Dish Mover" which entails having a local contractor come to our site and hook up the satelite inside and out- Our problem is the Az. contractor made changes to the setup we had which worked in Iowa- We had service but when we hit the road, we found the cable connection didn't work or the bedroom tv- Have any of y'all had similar problems with Dish? Dish keeps changing the rules and I am ready to cancel our contract- Unfortunately, we are supposed to pay to return their dvr, remotes and the lnb's via mail- Dish has no local personnel to contact, only a phone #- The local contractors Dish uses have no stake in the process- Please, someone impart your knowledge to help us solve this problem- THANX in advance for all replies- DD

They probably removed the jumper for the bedroom TV. There is usually a jumper from the coax connection inside panel with the switch for the booster (only use the booster with the antenna).
