Double pole 30 amp breaker

My 1997 jayco 285bhs was plugged into 30 amp double pole breaker. The electrical outlets, fridge and hot water heater all work. However air conditioning, slide, jacks or lights do. I'm not electricity savvy but could someone offer suggestions on where to start troubleshooting?

A 30-amp double pole breaker is designed to supply 240-volts to CERTAIN appliances like dryers, welders, large A/C units, etc.

NOT TO AN RV WHICH IS 30 AMPS AT 120-VOLTS AND REQUIRES A SINGLE POLE BREAKER.

Yes. It is connected to a single pole now. I forgot to mention that.

The items you mention are powered by the AC to DC Converter...those typically burn out when plugged into 240 volts. Even your Air Condition uses 12 volt for control. You will more than likely need to replace the converter after testing it.

Can you give me an idea of where the converter is located?

Do you know where your fuse panel is? That's it. There are usually fuses on the back where the wires come into it. I don't know if they could take plugging into a 240 volt outlet. Sometimes under the bed
