Ducted air conditioner

Is there a way to make sure the factory installed the baffle that separates the hot and cold air on the main DUCTED air conditioners? Since it can't be accessed from inside the camper can it be check from the roof without removing the entire unit ? My bedroom unit had missing tape and was air conditioning the attic, I have a 2018 28.5 RSTS fifth wheel.

I know with the MACH-8 you could remove the shroud and then the blower cover and access the opening. I would think the same should apply to all units, I don't know how else they could wire them up. Hopefully someone has worked with a "non" Mach-8 unit to accomplish what you want to do.
