Dumb question, what kind of light socket do I have?

My previous RV was 15 years old so had the round automotive type socket, my much newer Jayco has these push-in types.

I found some LEDs I want to replace them with but not sure of the socket type, it seems like they might be something called 921 or 922 ?

Keep in mind that you can plug in your LED replacement assy in either position. LEDS have to be polarized right to work so if it doesn't work the the first time rotate the LED assy and try again...

Also I would only purchase one to try try before spending a whole bunch of monies. There are types illuminations and spread of light etc. Might not be what you want to see. Also some those LED ASSYs may emit strong RFI emissions and could interfere with you HDTV or WX RADIO... For me this was especially bad when using my OTA antenna. I bought a whole bunch for my trailer and ended up not being able to watch HDTV or use my HAM RADIO.

My saving grace was to use the cheap CHINA BOARDS LED Ebay boads (S4.99 each) inside the trailer. The LED Assys that have the DC VOLTAGE REGULATION chips is what created the high RFI signals on my purchases...

Just buy one and try it out first hehe... Then buy the other twenty or so later haha...

You can read all about this by searching the forum for 'LED RFI Problems'
