Eagle control panel

We have a 2017 Eagle HT 27.5 and the push buttons for the black tank and H2O tank levels stopped working. The other buttons for grey 1&2 tanks and battery levels all still work though. Any ideas if it could be something other than the switches themselves?
Thank you

Wiring to the sensors may have been damaged (rodents?). Pull the panel and short across the switch terminals or disconnect the switch and test with a VOM to see if the switches are at fault.

Verify all ground wires on the tank sensors. Maybe they share one?

I pulled the panel out to look at it quick and all the switches are soldered in to a small circuit board so I can’t disconnect them. I don’t think it’s mice because they worked when I took the camper out of winter storage and I noticed they didn’t work on our first camping trip. Not saying it can’t be mice though. Thanks for the help

Norty1 I will have to look into the grounds. It doesn’t appear it’ll be easy to get to the tank sensors lol. Maybe I’ll try shorting across the switch first. Thanks

Well I shorted across the two push button switches that aren’t working and the indicator bulb lights up like it should. The switches have 4 prongs each that go through the circuit board and I shorted from top prong to bottom on each side of the switch and the bulb lights up on each side.(hard to explain) I’m wondering if I should tackle changing the switches myself or let a dealer do it ? Of course it’s out of the 2 year warranty. Next question is where can I get these switches ? The picture shows the row of switches on the bottom. five switches with 4 prongs each
Thanks for the help

I’d try replacing the buttons as a last resort. Contact Jayco and ask who they sourced the board or panel assembly from (I suspect the bought the thing as an assembly with their logo printed on it. There might be a company name on the board or back of the panel. Failing that look for a replacement tank monitor that you could mount on the existing panel, hopefully you could find something that would cover the holes.

RedHorse1 thanks for getting back to me. I emailed Jayco and also contacted my dealer but you know how that goes. The dealer said they would have to contact Jayco and see what they could find out. I guess I’ll have to see what they say. I’ll definitely look into a different tank monitoring system

Was just rereading this and it occurred to me that spray contact cleaner might work. Used to get it at Radio Shack, not any more I guess. Maybe one of the big box stores.

I finally got some contact cleaner and removed the circuit board to spray it. I sprayed all the switches and the one that was for the H2O that wasn’t working works now but the black tank switch still doesn’t work. I measured the switch which is 6mmx6mmx13mm and found some online. Hopefully will be here soon. Thanks for the help

Similar issue

When I press the button to check my levels, they blink and disappears. Same with battery and water levels ... I have the same sensor as shown in this picture. Any ideas?
