Electrical Issues. Help

Recently purchased 2018 Jayco Eagle HT 26.5 BHS. 50 amp service. First time out experienced the following electrical issues: A/C would sound as if slowing under strain. Clock on microwave would surge. TV would lose connection. Bath fan would slow down. Small plug in fan burned up in the process. So we Unplugged power and everything seemed fine. Thought it must have been the fan causing the problem. Next weekend new campground 50 amp service. Connected up and everything fine first night then problems started again. A/C surging TV was working fine then all of sudden will not co next to over air channels. Then we start trying to figure out problem so turn on the water pump and each time open faucet to energize water pump the TV station goes off to black screen and displays unable to detect station. Turn off water pump and immediately TV goes back to normal playing last channel. Also noticed the cable input appears to be slightly burned. From my research could be loose connection battery issue or inverter issue. Have reached out to Jayco and await a response. Any ideas or similar issues?

Is it still doing this when you got home??

You may have had a very bad electrical supply at your campsite.

Lots of posts on voltage protection systems that prevent over or under voltage from harming your RV systems.

If it is still happening at home then others will be able to help, good luck!

It sounds like you have a loose neutral on the 120v side of the electrical system. Since this is a post about electrical problems you will get 50 wrong answers. You need to hire a good RV tech or an electrician to go thru your electrical system and find the loose neutral before you have a fire. I’m not joking.

Being this new I'd assume that it's still under warranty? Did you buy this used?

I'd keep it unplugged and not use it until it's fixed.

I agree with Vicr - not safe.
