Fresh Water Fill Problem

We just purchased a 2019 Jayco 195RB Baja. The fresh water filler tube goes slightly uphill and it is very hard to get water into the tank. The flow must be very slow (like a trickle) in order for it not to run back out. Even one of the Camco Filler Tubes will not go in due to the S-curve in the fill line just inside the filler cap. Do any of you have this problem?

No.
Sounds like a warranty issue

Had this same problem in my 2017 26bh. The hose going into the tank just needed to be shortened a bit to have a gradual slope down into the tank. I had the dealership take care of it under warranty because it was already going in for other issues. Otherwise I would have taken the 10 minutes to cut it down myself.

I wacked off 18 inches from a dead garden hose. It is still pliable to go around the bends and into the top of the tank. Screw it on to my hose and fill it up. It also lets air back out more easily.

My old one was from a laundry washer hose but it finally cracked after many years of use.

Same Problem with fill of fresh water tank.

I think the fill port is installed too low for the fresh water holding tank which makes it an uphill fill. I bought a fill tube extension that threads on to a garden hose to provide a work around.

Had the problem with our TT also — uphill tube to the tank. This Camco extension with a good flow on the filler hose worked.
