Not much information to go on but check the thermostat to be sure the fan is on AUTO.

Wow, that's a new one.... I think.... Check to make sure all the heater ducts are still connected to the heater...some do come off during transit...blows into the cavity of the trailer and could be making it into the ceiling and through the AC??
sounds very strange...but would start there to see if all the furnace ducts are connected correctly...would be very interested to find out what you learn/fix.

For best advice add your make, year and model in your question or signature. Lots of posts have mentioned that the pipes coming out of the AC in the ceiling and the attachments to the vents come loose and "waste" cold air. Buy a roll of aluminum duct tape and not conventional duct tape which will deteriorate in the heat of summer. Aluminum tape works best with scissors and not tearing. Take of the covers from the roof AC and look at the pipes. Then go to the floor vents. If this one has access under the floor in storage bays or under beds, seats, etc. check there for loose connections or pinched pipes. Turn on the fan while searching to find hidden holes leaking air.

Report success with pictures if you can. Also, search above for others that have reported success and where they found the leaks.

It is not "new". This is a common issue when the thermostat fan is set to the wrong position for heat. See below:

Google is your friend with many of these issues. There is seldom a new RV issue. Someone has experienced it before and come up with a cause/fix.
