The blower will run for 15 seconds before the furnace burn is ignited.
Then once the burner turns off, the blower will continue to run for 1min 30sec.
This is standard operation of the furnace.
So the normal sequence for a furnace from turn on to turn off is:
Furance turns on.
15 sec - Blower only
xx time - Burner & Blower
1min 30sec - Blower only
Furnace turns off.
I'm having a similar problem with our furnace - see this post if you're interested:

If you have access to your furnace and can see the control board there's an diagnostic LED on the board that may give you some indications if your problem is due to the furnace issue.
How often the LED flashes is associated with an error code:
Single Flash = Sail Switch is bad
2 Flashes = Bad Electrode
3 Flashes = Bad Circuit Board
We got this info from an Atwood tech when trying to isolate the cause of our furnace problem.
Does the furnace shoot off completely (i.e., bower off)?
How long is the furnace off before it starts again.
Do you have a digital or analog (i.e., slide) T-Stat?
A Digital will give you ~+/- 2 Degree swing.
An Analog will give you ~+/- 6 Degree swing
Between controlling the furnace on & off.
Have you set a house thermometer near the T-Stat to see what temp reading it gives?
Where is the T-Stat located? Could it be getting any drafts around it or from inside the wall?
Maybe cover up the T-Stat with a clear Tupperware container to block any airflow and see if the burn time is the same.
Hope this is of some help.
Good luck
