Furrion Fireplace Error Code

Please forgive me if there is a similar post, I was not able to find one. We Purchased an '18 Pinnacle 36KPTS last Sept, used it only a couple of days before winterizing in October. Here in the Northeast its a little on the cold side, getting ready to go out the first week of April. I turned on the fireplace (Furrion FF405S15A-BL), never turned on before, ran for a couple of minutes with heat on, then went to an error code 88, "Manual reset overheat protection has triggered". Anyone have any ideas??? I was thinking maybe the motherboard may be defective. How do you remove the fireplace ??? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

That manual isn't to helpful, code 88 says Inspect the fireplace and check
that the air inlets and outlets are
not blocked as this may cause
overheating.

This same thing just happened to me. Do you know how to reset the fireplace to get rid of the error code?

Furrion Fireplace

All that I did was cut the power (turned off breaker) while fireplace was on, this seemed to clear the error code and reset the unit

I am also having a problem with my Fireplace. A few seconds after I turn it on I don’t see an error code but a red light starts blinking, then the heat goes off, and a few seconds later the blower shuts down. I cleanse the air inlets and outlets with the vacuum, and tried resetting by turning off the circuit breaker. No luck. The heat continues to shut off a few seconds after I turn the unit on. I also checked to make sure I had the temperature turned up. Anybody got any other ideas . Thanks
