The TV is an option. It supposedly is designed for road travel and uses anti corrosive parts. It's rated as an 'outdoors' television. I can always upgrade if I don't like it. TV's are cheap enough.

I'd still like to hear thoughts from owners of the Furrion products.
I think the picture and sound quality are alright. As you know the are not top of the line, but they are in a camper. As you said you can always upgrade if you totally hate them......

We have a 16 Eagle entertainment system is OK.But it won't play blue tooth CDs. The remote has know less than 40 buttons. And if you are watching TV only.It will not play through the entertainment system. And as usual the entertainment system will run on 12 volt, but not the TV.If we had it to do over, would have a 12 volt plug for the TV.Happy Trails!

Sounds like the RCA jacks are not hooked up correctly to the back of your TV or the DV1200. You should be able to have the TV sound go to the DV1200. You have to set the DV1200 on AUX. There are 2 AUX settings. One is the 3.5mm input. The other should be the RCAs from the TV.

Bingo my friend. Bluetooth now works great. Just needed a Paper Clip to reset the reset button. Is there a way to stop the phone function?

Sounds like you got a bad TV out of the box. Have the dealer replace it.

Since our TV's were stolen while it was at the dealership for warranty work, I'm buying new TV's.

What I'd also like to do is replace the 2 Furion head units, the one in the garage that runs that TV looks like a car radio, so I'm curious what people do to upgrade that one.

The family room that runs the TV and surround sound, I definitely want to replace it with something better - any suggestions as a good option for DVD and to run the surround? The sub is a joke that comes with it, so it and the soundbar need to be replaced at the same time.

Our new 2017 Eagle TT's 48" Furrion TV in the LR had no Red/Blue/Green adjustments nor did it even have a color/contrast adjustment. Just 3 or 4 "presets" and every one had a horrible case of red crush. Sometimes, it wasn't bad but more times than not, people had really bad sunburns and wore bright red lipstick. Called Furrion and they authorized a replacement and assigned a case number but told me I had to go thru Jayco to replace the TV.

Called Jayco and advised them of what Furrion said and after some back and forth, was authorized up to 400.00 to go to Best Buy and buy whatever I wanted. Hello Samsung!

FYI: I had to buy some adapter plates because the Furrion we had used a 200 x 400 VESA pattern where the Samsung used a 400 x 400.

My 2016 212 QBW came with a pair of Jensens when I picked it up. Not too bad for small HDTVs. Also have a Sony Bluray for movies, Amazon Prime, Netflix, YouTube., etc

The one I put in my old TT was a Jensen 24" that ran on 12v. Both of these run on 120v. Glad I have a pair of 2000W Champions to run the ac while boondocking.

Where did you find a phone number to call Furrion??? Nothing in TV instruct. Said to call agency we purchased from.... Why on earth does Jayco put this crap in a RV??? Do they really think putting junk in a $64000 5ver or TT is not going to get a storm of unhappy customers!!! Someone should loose their job!!

I have only turned on the Furrion sound system once, connected my phone to it via BT and played some music thru it and that's it. It sounded ok for that and being that it is wired to all the trailer's speakers, it may get used occasionally for music outside.

But since I had already bought a 2.1 Samsung Soundbar system to use instead for TV and music inside, the fact that I already had a small form factor Sony Bluray player to use for movies, and now the new Samsung TV, which is a smart TV with an EXCELLENT picture that also does Netflix, Amazon, VUDU, etc., my "geeky" side is now a "happy camper" also.
