Garmin 760 update ?

Anyone besides me done a data update on thier Garmin 760 and got a software update besides the map data ? If so does your unit seem to work ok now ? I updated yesterday and now it just doesnt want to find some cities & state parks. I was trying to get rout to Ft.Davis & Davis Mtn SP, no joy. I can find Marfa & Ft. Stockton which are nearby in west Tx standards. I have used same gps to get there but earlier map data & software version. Is just operator error or has the big G messed up ?

It shows up on my Garmin 760. Click on Where to/Searching near/different city and enter Fort Davis.

I have the latest updates which I downloaded last week.

Mine will find Marfa, Ft. Stockton, Alpine, Marathon but no Ft. Davis or Davis Mtns. Sp . I'll be back near my computer tomorrow & will try another update but I may have to wait until 4-1 if Garmin doesn't recognize was a bad update this qtr.

No issues with updates here nor finding locations.
Found both locations on mine.

I just updated my 760LMT before leaving on this trip. It was a long update even with a HS data feed. It dropped out several times but seemed to pick back up where it stopped.
Works fine so far.

Just completed the update on my RV770LMP. It stated it was going to take 2.5 hours to update maps and software but the update completed in under 35 minutes. No issues found after the update.
