grey/black water valves

Can you recommend a lubricant for the grey/black water valves...hard to open and close. Thnx!

My black valve was sticking and I purchased this: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1. Thetford RV Valve lubricant. Followed the directions over 13 months ago and it has worked great ever since.

I use the same product. After dumping my gray or black tank, if Iím not going to be refilling them soon, I pour 4-5 ounces down, followed by a gallon or two of water. It seems to keep them working smoothly, especially if they sit for long during our blistering hot summers.

See the thread below. I did the mod where you drill a small hole in the valve and squirt in lubricant. Both valves have been very smooth for a couple of years after doing this. Highly recommended.
