Help adjusting Jayflight drawers

Our top kitchen drawer has never sat entirely flush with the cabinet. Since our service department is over 40+ miles away, I decided to beef up the flimsy plywood bracket support myself. After reinstalling the upper drawer, I now have a consistent 1/4"+ gap around the face of the drawer. I've tried every adjustment I can think of, but for some reason I cannot get the face of the drawer to sit flush with the cabinet as it appears to be hitting the stops at the back of the slide bracket. I've been working at this for hours and finally at my wits end. Suggestions greatly appreciated.

The screws that hold the slide to the cabinet might be in slots to allow you to adjust the level of the drawer.

Ok, I feel like an idiot, but if anyone else is helped by this it's worth it. The culprit was the door latch. The factory had it set to far forward which prevented the drawer from fully closing. At this point after having removed doors, brackets etc. I must say I'm not too impressed with the cabinet makers at Jayco. Holes drilled everywhere in an apparent attempt to install parts. Nothing lines up so drill another hole....
