Help! V too high?

I am currently on shore power in an RV park. I have Go Power 30 A PWM controller, 2 grp 27 12v batteries, 2 Go Power 190w panels.
This morning I noticed my controller is showing my batteries at 14.9v & 15v!! Is this way too much??
I've never seen it go above 14.7 or 14.8.
Disconnected shore power, turned on all lights, it's not helping, solar is just charging it up. Controller is fluctuating between 14.7 and 14.9 but mostly staying at 14.9v.

Controller has no shut off. No idea what to do now, disconnect batteries? What would cause such high voltage?

PS Batteries, solar system is new from March 2020

Check with multi meter maybe the controller is malfunctioning.

I'm thinking If i turn off inverter (I have 600w inverter running tv on, brought v to 13.9) and voltage goes back to 14.9v I'll pull controller out of wall and disconnect it. Then I'll turn shore power back on and see what my battery meter reads. If its in the 13.? Range then I'll know something is wrong with the controller, right?

Consider testing the battery voltage.. at the battery itself.. with a known good meter.

There are two possible issues... your controller is overcharging, or the display is reading high. If I understand you correctly, the display is integral to your controller, so there are m..ulitiple grounds for suspicion there.

It might be something as simple as a bad or corroded connection between your controller and your battery,.

I would start by reading the voltage at the batteries if it is 14.8 to 15 v with shore power disconnected you know you have an issue. If it is around 13 your controller readout is wrong. If too high I would disconnect controller and see what happens. If it drops back down the controller is putting out too many volts. BTW I have my controller set to 14.7

This is how my life goes ��
Ok so shut inverter off, voltage stayed at 13.8. Then I plugged back into shore power, voltage still 13.8.
So now I'm thinking just a glitch?

These solar controllers may be sending out pulses rather than a constant charge voltage which may give a false reading on some voltmeters. I would download a copy of the owner's manual for your solar controller to see what voltages to expect.

My MPPT controller shows that it can go above 15 volts when it is in an equalizing mode. This happens once a month to overcharge the battery for a controlled period of time. The manual says it is suppose to be good for the battery.

I don't think my older controller went this high. I upgraded to the MPPT as it is suppose to be more efficient.
