Hitch Height Glitch

I have a 2023 Eagle HT 28.5 RSTS that has a major problem with the hitch height function on the LCI 3.0 electric 4 point leveler. I have reported this issue to my dealer and am awaiting instructions.


Here is the issue: When I start the hitch height from the LCI touch screen the rear jacks retract as expected, then the landing gear starts and that's when things go terribly wrong. The right extends as expected, but the left retracts until it clears the ground and shifts all the weight to the right gear. This causes an excessive slope error which shuts down the system.


This has occurred 3 times now and I am concerned about frame damage among other worries.
