Hulkman Alpha 85 Jump starter question

There has been a couple of times our battery has gotten too low to raise up the front of our 5th wheel to hitch up. (Storage, no power hookup) I have hooked up power cord to the running truck and it still doesn't have enough juice.

The info on the Hulkman website says it can be used to run 12 volt items (portable inflator, 12 fridge etc), but wondering if anyone has used this unit to raise the front to hitch up to a truck if the house batterery is low.

HULKMAN Alpha85 Jump Starter 2000 Amp 20000mAh Car Starter for up to 8.5L Gas and 6L Diesel Engines with LED Display 12V Lithium Portable Car Battery Booster Pack.

Thanks!

Our friends we camp with had this problem too...

He built an extension cord like cable that plugged into his RAM and Trailer (7 PIN trailer connectors). This cord was about 25 feet long with only the power / ground wires being used. When warming up the truck and getting the final things prepped to hook-up, that cord would be connected to the trailer and charging the batteries. More often that not, the trailer batteries were needing a charge from camping the night before (and not being recharged) and using the landing gear would often be the final heavy draw and run very slowly. Using the extension cord allowed a quick surface charge to power the jacks.
