Interior Lights

I have the old style 12v. lights in my 2014 trailer that get HOT and sure do eat some power too. i want to replace them with new LED lights.

Command Electronics
Model: 001-902
LT 36513

They are about 12" long and 4-5 inches wide. The fixture has two bulbs with a white connector on each bulb. Two slide off lens and one on-off switch.

I doubt there are any plug-in LED bulbs that will work in these fixtures.

Can anyone recommend a replacement LED fixture?

Thanks

What did you find? I'm picking up a brand new 2016 x254 on Feb 27th (a leftover at a dealership in Michigan) that I suspect may have similar lighting I'll want to replace. I have not seen the unit yet so I may be wasting your time but I just want to start considering resources. Thanks!

Think I will try out these lights from Amazon and see how they work out for me. They have good feedback and should sip energy compared to the hot bulbs I have now.

Most 12 volt lights can now be replaced with LED's with the same style base. Your old fixtures should work just fine. Camping World has a selection as do other internet sites. Just do a search for 12 volt led bulbs.

The complete lights are $10 each... two bulbs for one light are $20.

Thanks

That $20 is for a pack of 10 lights and these are plug and play. For $40 I replaced most every 12v light in our trailer. Whatever route you go you will love having the LED's as they use something like 1/10th the power and don't get very hot. I tried a few others and they had a "blue" hue to them before I settled on the ones above.

Thanks, I didn't see the 10-pack... I want to find a good bright white.

Used similar bulbs to those listed above. Would suggest you get the Warm white rather than Bright white. Bright LED's are very blue cast, and many find it annoying. The warm bulbs are much closer to the original 12V bulbs. I actually bought 10 of each, using the bright bulbs in the exterior fixture, over the stove and counter, and in one of two fixtures in the bath. The rest of the fixtures are warm white bulbs.

Note, these bulbs are polarity specific. If you plug it in and it appears dead, twist the bulb 180* and plug it back in and it should work.

Interior Lights

I used these bulbs in almost all of the interior light fixtures. I think I got 22 for $20 on Amazon. These are bright bulbs. These are a direct replacement for the 921 bulbs.
