Inverter Converter and Power (Oh MY)

My North Point 315RLTS is stored at my home under a shed with power to it all the time. I leave the refrigerator on and put the A/C on auto set at 85 and I keep two small dehumidifiers on also. I have been leaving the Xantrix Inverter on also. I go out to it often to keep the dehumidifiers empty and just keep a check on thing.
The Xantrix always has a green status light and 13.4 volts on it. Today I go out and it has a Green status light and E05 then OL. Refrigerator is on and power is good (I have a PI EMS read out). So I turn off the Xantrix, unplug the power for a couple of minutes plug it back up. Power is good but the amps are up to 10 on EMS and Xantrix has reset and now has 14.7 volts on it.
OK so the E05 is the over load code but the refrigerator is the only thing on the inverter.
The high amps on EMS and on Xantrix is the converter charging the battery.

Why the fault if the ref. Is the only thing on it?
Why was the converter not keeping the battery charge up?

Thing just happen I know this. I can see one or the other happening but both.
