IOTA Converter/Charger Load Center 12v issue

I have fried the battery and blow out light bulbs quickly. The out put voltage is reading 18v I know it should be 13.6v that is the problem. Help!!

Being an IOTA converter/charger, what year/model Jayco do you have? 30amp or 50amp?

I'm not an electrical guy, but it sounds like your IOTA is toast. I'm sure some of JOF's electro-guru's will chime in shortly.

Is the IOTA mounted to the back of the Load Center (breaker/fuse panel) or a stand alone?

yes it is and it is a 30 amp

Best advice I can give you is go to bestconverter.com, find the phone # and ask for Randy. Tell him which converter you have and he will find you a better replacement. Get something that is 3-stage or Charge Wizard or something similar and it will take good care of your battery. You can get a good replacement for 200-250 dollars.
