IRV-29 on New Jayco 195RB

When I mute Zone 2 (Outside Awning) I can still hear music thru speakers, any ideas of issue? Dealer said something about "fade" but I don't see an option for fade

We have a 195 but the radio is different. I swear there are ghosts. The darn thing turns on when plugged into shore power at home and also when we use the TV. I suspect the remote control. I ought to just throw it out. It seems to get signals from other sources and turn the radio on when it wants. It may react to our garage door opener.
Who knows?

Yes I have gone out by the trailer in the night at home and there are ....voices..

We have read the manual and I have never figured out how to mute the outside speakers. We don't listen to much, only the news once in a while so not worth buying something that is better. Can't hear it anyway if the AC is running.

On ours, you push the knob until it reads fade, then turn it to +7 (all the way to the right). Minus 7 is only awning speakers and 0 is both on.
