Is anyone happy with the Jensen JRV215-N?

Does anyone have a Jensen dash unit that works to their satisfaction? Mine hasn't worked in over a year - 5 dealers that Jayco recommended ( in 3 different states ) haven't been able th fix it - now Jayco service will try on April 9th and see if they can fix it - it is my understanding that Jensen doesn't offer a replacement ( Jayco couldn't find one to replace mine with ) Jensen's tech department isn't very helpful

I have been pretty unimpressed, but like a lot of RV electronics, it is is as cheap as they can buy. GPS is out of date, and can't get it updated, DVD player makes my DVD's so hot I have to let them cool off before handling them. That said, it is the best RV unit I have ever owned (only saying the rest have been much much worse). When mine dies, I will replace with something better. Expensive upgrade, but.....it has been two years and hasn't died yet. I really don't use it other than for occassional radio noise and when the wife wants to watch a movie. Phone is my go to GPS (I do run the bluetooth voice through the audio unit) and I am not that into music while driving.

I'll probably Jinx it, but our JRV215N is still kicking. Like JD said, it's far from perfect but it's doing the job. If / when it dies, I'll just replace it with some DoubleDIN head unit that supports a single camera.

1st time out with our 2016 29ME and besides the normal small issues the radio by far was the worst.
1. Subwoofer had no control, even down to 0 it woke the whole campground
2. Radio (beeps) and then goes silent for a few seconds every minute or 2.
3. Radio drains my cab batteries after a few hours of runtime. Even hooked to shore power. Not getting balanced charging??
